工作原理
本機采用了渦流的高速旋轉運動(dòng)，在粉碎室內產(chǎn)生了強大的氣流。物料在負壓下由進(jìn)料口被吸入粉碎室，在葉片與模塊間強大的氣流作用下，產(chǎn)生沖擊、剪切和研磨，由氣流將粉碎室的熱量帶走，是粉碎過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的熱量不會(huì )急劇升溫。成品物料從篩網(wǎng)流出，提高生產(chǎn)率，粉碎細度可由篩網(wǎng)的目數自行調節，成品細度均勻穩定。
